[kde-doc-english] Konversation doc: &qt; -> &Qt;

Hi,
In two places, the Konversation docbook contains the entity &qt;.
This yields "unknown entity" errors, replacing them by &Qt; (as listed in
general.entities) does the trick.
See attached diff.
