[kde-doc-english] Update on the KDE DocBook Sanitizer

Hi,

here's a little update on what changes were done to the KDE DocBook Sanitizer
(http://people.fruitsalad.org/frerich/sanitizer):

- The check for translator markers is more relaxed now
- A new check has been added which makes sure that there are no image
references which reference files in subdirectories (that breaks PDF
generation, at least - not sure about HTML output).
- The sanitizer does nightly checks of many KDE manuals: check
http://people.fruitsalad.org/frerich/sanitizer/results-3.5.php and
http://people.fruitsalad.org/frerich/sanitizer/results-trunk.php for the
results in the KDE 3.5 branch and trunk, respectively.

Please give it a shot, let me know what you think - and make sure that it
doesn't have to complain about the documents you maintain. :-)

- Frerich
