With the preferred window style/decorations for documentation screenshots 
changing over the years, where does that leave the bugs for screenshots?

 Do we change style/decorations to match the particular handbook to do the 
screenshots, or redo all of the screenshots of the handbook to match the 
current recommendations of the writers guide?
