[kde-doc-english] PDF generation instructions

Hi,
I've put instructions for using the dblatex-kde stylesheets up at:
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~chri1802/kde/pdf-stuff/pdf-instructions.html

This should be all you need to know to generate PDF versions of the KDE docs. 
If you'd like to help with styling or anything else, you'll probably want to 
take a look at the dblatex documentation at http://dblatex.sf.net .
