[kde-doc-english] Documentation KOrn

Hello,

I changed the gui of KOrn in the coming release. That is why I wrote new 
documentation.

The problem is that my English is not as good as it should be. I am afraid 
that there are many construction errors and strange sentences in it. It is 
also possible that the content isn't right, since I haven't wrote any 
documentation before.

Can someone have a look to this?
