[kde-doc-english] Kate manual

Hi all,
This is as much as I can overcome for the time beeing.

Changes includes:
highlighting.docbook
  - Updated to reflect the current capabilities (Dominik Haumann)
  - Detailled documentation about all rules (Dominik Haumann)
index.docbook
  - Adding Dominik as coauthor (Dominik Haumann)
advanced.docbook
  - A section documenting the kate editor component command line (me)
part.docbook
  - A section covering autoindentation (me)
mdi.docbook
  - A section mentioning External Tools
  - Covering of the shading in the section about the document list
configuring.docbook
  - A section covering Document Variables (basically a copy or my page 
    from wiki.kde.org) (me)
  - A section covering External tools

Everything is spellchecked, and I have done my best with language, but I'm 
sure you can find syntactical errors as usual :p

Comments, corrections and flames are wellcome as usual.

Lauri: If possible, slip this into 3.4 in english. If you want to, ask me to 
commit if I'm present in #kde.
