[kde-doc-english] Makefile.am

Hi,

I see that there are no Makefile.am's anymore in kde-i18n/doc. This patch 
adjusts the update_xml script. Since I missed the announcement of this change 
(my fault probably), I am unsure if it is ok to commit.
