[kde-doc-english] Docs unfreeze

Hi,
Just in case there's anyone on the list who didn't already see the discussions 
in other places, the 3.5 branch has been temporarily unfrozen for 
documentation. That means, if you want to work on something before Dec 29th, 
you're free to do so, and it will be committed (and so appear in KDE 3.5.1).

The patches which have been pending for a while will also be committed during 
this unfreeze - I expect Lauri will send more details when it's done, to make 
sure nothing is missed.

If you have any questions, or are looking for something to work on, don't 
hesitate to ask.
