[kde-doc-english] FAQ

I'd really appreciate it if people left the FAQ alone right now please. It's 
very annoying to be away on holidays with local changes on your harddisk that 
then conflict with something someone else has done when you go to commit. I 
guess if anyone should be wasting time working on docs they then can't commit 
it bloody well shouldn't be the maintainer.
