That's correct. A <formalpara> is a <paragraph> with a title. A formal 
paragraph, somehow ;-).

Then you will need a <title> for each one.

Are you sure you are not looking for something like <bridgehead> ? Which is 
adviced against, BTW.

I do not consider myself as a doc person anymore, but if you send in private 
the files as an attachement, I will do it.

(I have CVS access, but I temporarily removed my copy of the repository 
because of 1) next switch to subversion and 2) machine change).
