[kde-doc-english] Markkup question...

I have a question for the docbook gurus of this list.

I have two guilabels that I need to document.  How you
would you like me to markup:

<guilabel>Page Size & Margins</guilabel>

and

<guilabel>Header & Footer</guilabel>

I would just submit my docbook and let you all mark
these up but it produces invalid docbook files and I
do not want to cause problems.
