[kde-doc-english] Docs volunteers

Hi,

I am happy to tell you we are gathering many docs volunteers in the KDE 
Quality project! I am sure many doc related questions will start to pop up. 
Also, I believe many lurkers in the kde-quality lists are waiting for an 
assignment, so if one of you doc gurus can subscribe to the list to help us 
guide them, maybe we can achieve some results faster.
