Maybe we should address in this somewhere the fact that certain accent
characters are impossible to create without setting an environment
variable. Namely, in my case, it is impossible to type greek accented
characters without setting LC_CTYPE="el_GR". Personally, I do this in
Xsession. Of course, the problem with this is that setting LC_CTYPE to
el_GR results in an inability to do latin accented characters. I
personally believe this is a huge oversight in KDE itself, but while
it's there, I think we should document how to get around it.
