Coolo, Lauri:
Is there any chance you can identify the "highest priority" (or a loose 
grouping of "priority" or "urgent" packages that don't have any documentation 
or have documentation that doesn't support release?
Failing that, could you prioritise CVS modules in terms of there importance? 
For example, would you rather have user doco for stuff in kdenetwork or 
developer doco for kdelibs?
