[kde-doc-english] translation Pb in KDEACCESSIBILITY / kmousetool.po

Hi,

I just finished translating KDEACCESSIBILITY / kmousetool.po and I'm facing
pbs with the expression "dwell time".
The context is like this:
- Please enter a number for the dwell time.
- The drag time must be less than or equal to the dwell time.
 In the file, there is talk about dwell time + drag time.

Is dwell a proper name or does it mean something specific?
