Hi Andy,

Thanks for the offer to help with KDE documentation. At the moment, KOffice
might suit you, as it has a "Christmas Preview" release out recently, for
which you may be able to find binary packages soon. This would save you using
CVS for the moment. If this piques your interest, drop a mail to the list,
and we can help co-ordinate your work with anyone else who's writing.
You may be able to find more information about the KOffice preview release at:
http://www.koffice.org/releases/1.3rc2-release.php

I guess you have read the information at i18n.kde.org/doc , so you have an
idea of the basics. Please do email the list if you have any questions.

Also, don't worry about any lack of technical ability - the KDE documentation
is generally aimed at a non-technical audience, so not being a guru won't be
a problem :-)

Regards, and welcome aboard!,
Phil

PS, If KOffice doesn't take your fancy, get back to us on the list, and we'll
see what else we can find. Unfortunately, there aren't that many things that
don't require a recent build of KDE, but we'll see what we can do..
