[kde-doc-english]inlinegraphic

(I sent the following to the kde-docbook list, but have been told that the list
is dead. Sorry for any duplicates.)

Why isn't <inlinegraphic> allowed to be used? Is there another way to produce
the result seen in the attached file (img1.png)? Without <inlinegraphic>, the
result looks ugly and abstract (img2.png).
