I think in the branch would be good for the teams that haven't already started 
them, and might give some incentive to do so.

Actually, I think here is just about as easy, I can go find them pretty 
quickly from lists.kde.org, and the traffic isn't too high.  Going through 
the last few weeks posts on i18n-doc isn't so simple though, I worry I will 
miss something that I didn't put aside when it first came in.
