[kde-doc-english]Errors in Quanta-Docs

Hi,

I found fatal errors when translating the Quanta-Docs. The author used
constructs like ">tag>" a few times. meinproc doesn't generate an error 
because of this, but po2xml freezes, because it finds a closing bracket with 
no opening one.
Now something needs to be done.
Either the author of po2xml (don't know, who wrote it) has to improve his 
parser or the ">" characters in quanta_*.docbook need to be replaced by >.
