[kde-doc-english]kjezz => kjezzball

Hi,

In kdegames, the app is now "kjezzball" instead of "kjezz". This means that 
the doc, the templates of the messages, the templates of the doc, and the 
translations should be renamed too.

Who does it and when? I'm fearing that if we don't do it  before KDE 3.0 then 
the doc will not get displayed when called from the application because of 
the name problem.

Other problem: I won't be able to help this week-end :-(.
