[kde-doc-english]exit status:16

To Whom It May Concern:

I just got a Linux computer. And I tried to connect to ISP, such as AOL
,. Then I got a message Exit status: 16.
The PPPd daemon died unexpectedly "man pppd:  for an explanation of the
error codes or take a look at the Kppp FAQ.

First Q, Linux computer can connect to ISP such as AOL. I called Aol
they said only support Wins& Mac.

Second Q, even I am not sure whether I can connect or not with ISP such
as AOL, I tried log on then  log sheet showed on CHAP authentication
failed.

I don't know what to do now.
