Plasma/6.6 has a completely separate CI setup, as well as release schedule
arrangement in place.
It does not participate in standard CI so doesn't need to care
about @oldstable-kf6 / @stable-kf6 / @latest-kf6.
I have no idea why old stable builds have Qt Next builds, it doesn't really
make sense to me at least.
I have bumped the oldstable branches now, and have added a seed job for Qt
Next for it which is running at
