How to deal with fully LLM-generated merge requests

Hello all,

I've posted a second draft of my proposed LLM guidelines at 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/work_items/187. 
Comments and suggestions welcome (please post on the issue).

Why in plasma-workspace? Because I couldn't find a better place on 
invent.kde.org, due to the lack of an "all of KDE" namespace where work 
items can be posted.
