I've sent the file to Ben to see if we can get it mirrored. I've
verified it's sha256sum against Solus' build manifest and linked him to
Fedora and Arch's as well to ensure we have the correct file. The file
was sourced it from the Web Archive's Wayback Machine (they have an
archive of their website).
