logical-module-structure update for KDE Gear 24.02

Please help me with this, not sure if i am breaking everything or doing it 
correctly.

Assume all repos are kf6 in master and stable except
 * apps that are still on kf5
  * set kf5 and stable-kf5 only

 * libs/plugins that are multi kfX
  * set all the branches defined

I *think* this is correct, but I'm not really sure what's this file is used 
for :D
