KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (2 January 2024)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI 
jobs on their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for 
multiple reasons.

Bad news: We have *5* new repositories failing and 1 repository still failing 
for a different reason

  * Fails to build, regression on some part of the toolchain?


kdenlive

  * Several "deploy" jobs fail to build, may be because of webs being down?

  * Dependency seems missing in flatpak


mimetreeparser:

   * MessageViewerDialogTest doesn't pass

  * Can't find kaccounts-integration on CI jobs
