Do you use votes on Bugzilla tickets to help you make decisions?

Yes, I botched the communication on this, my apologies about that.
Voting has now been disabled on Bugzilla. We are investigating ways to
make the CC count affect the bug janitor's automatic priority
categorization in its stead.
