Sunsetting Cervisia

There's a command called cervisia, it does start the app.

I don't think we should archive it unless it has breaking bugs which looking 
at bugs.kde.org no one seems to have reported. 

My guess is that probably no one will port it to Qt6 so it'll be eventually 
sunset.
