KDE developers wanted - paid project for German city (Kparts-->Plasma-->File Manager)

Oh I forgot to mention: 

* technological (architecture) needs have been defined 
* the people whom we talk to have very deep knowledge in the code, just don't
* scope of work should be "a few days" of development
 have the time to implement it (afaik)
* it is of course a paid project, might end in a tender, though.
