Especially to Tobias Leupold:

Please read my letter again.  I think David Hurka sees things similar to me.

Telemetry gets a bad name because of what commercial/proprietary/etc 
companies do.

KDE (as explained above) does not do this.

I do not know what MS/Goog/FB/Aple collect. It is likely too much, none 
of their business, whatever. That's why I said "inspectable" (I'm not 
sure what the implementation of KUserFeedback offers).

Developers having information like this will eliminate the need for 
conversations like this...
