Trying to build knotifications framework, kdesrc-build and qt5

Hi Albert,

I was able to get the packaging team to provide QT5 so I no longer
have to build it. I can give it another shot but I have a working QT5
and I think the claim was they built it using
https://invent.kde.org/qt/qt/qtbase/-/tree/kde/5.15 . I'm not sure if
they used Qemu or built of the platform but it worked. I can try
re-running this again if you like. Now that I have that packaged qt5 I
had created another topic on my next build issue:
