Ja, jetzt hab ich kapiert, was gemeint ist. Hab nachgeschaut. Bei mir steht da 
folgendes:

Section "Device"
  BoardName    "GeForce FX 5700"
  Driver       "nvidia"
  Identifier   "Device[0]"
  Screen       0
  Option       "Rotate" "on"
  VendorName   "NVidia"
