Diese Dateien stehen im Ordner /po, ich dachte die werden modifiziert, 
und im Ordner /doc/en, welcher mittels configure erstellt wird, 
geschoben.
Das Programm habe ich aus der KDE Homepage.

README ist eine leere Datei, in INSTALL 
1. `cd' to the directory containing the package's source code and type
     `./configure' to configure the package for your system.  If

     `sh ./configure' instead to prevent `csh' from trying to execute
     `configure' itself.

Naja, vielleicht hilft die Meldung von make weiter:

make[2]: Für das Target »all« gibt es nichts zu tun.

Welche Informationen sind denn hilfreich, werden benötigt?
