Problems getting KDE to start...

HEY Thar;

There was a set of directions on the snapshots site but it's gone now. But I
did follow those directions and got KDE to work. The term is "rebase". I
guess one could look for this in the man files. It takes the required DLLs
and puts them in the right directories to let KDE exe's to find them. That's
all I know.
I should have saved that page, drat!
