Missing parts?

Need a little help.  Installed KDE for CYGWIN on my machine.  I can get it
to launch but get several applet errors.

Desktop Previewer and Pager applet could not be loaded
The Taskbar applet could not be loaded
The System Tray applet could not be loaded

I've also attached my startup script in case the issue lies within it...

I'm expecting it to work and function like KDE within the bounds of the
packages included.
