Compile QCad With QT3 /Free windows and mingw.

I guess i'll start off with the very first bug report... and here it is:

 i just ran into a bug after runnin qcad for a bit... after runnin the 
community edition for a few commands on
my compile it's cpu usage peaked at 100% and wouldn't lower.. even after 
closing all open documents.
PS: here is the test system spec.
 <OS> WinXP Professional 5.1 Service Pack 2 (Build #2600)

QT Version: qt-win-free-3.3.3-2005-03-22 ( freshly compiled on the 
latest rc of mingw32 using static linking.)
QCad Ver: qcad-2.0.4.0-1 ( Community Edition) ( freshly compiled on the 
latest rc of mingw32 using static linking.)

PS: i don't know if this is the right place to put this, but i figure 
it's a good place to start.
