Compile QCad With QT3 /Free windows and mingw.

i tried compiling qcad with mingw, and i am getting a few errors,a nd as 
for QT, it's compiled as a static library.

here's a slight recap of what i have done, on this thread:

some other notes, i used, both of thiese versions of qmake spec to try 
to compile and got the same results:

export QMAKESPEC=win32-g++ 
export QMAKESPEC=$QTDIR/mkspecs/win32-g++

from what i can tell it's the makefile causing the problem, but i'm not 
sure.
