Accented letters and Qt/Win Free

Guys,

accented letters don't work in Qt/Win Free. Or at least they don't work in
the main LyX screen where we interpret the key events that you give us. I
have no idea whether they work in, say, a QLineEdit because I've no idea
now to input such a character yet. (I'm totally ignorant of Windows. My
grandmother can teach me stuff about it ;-))

Anyway, I'm forwarding this question to you, because you may be able to
answer it for me ;-)
