All version (I think) of Windows 2000 & XP will let you enter text in 
Chinese/Japanese languages using a standard keyboard. They use Input 
Method Editors (IMEs). No keyboard could ever enable you to type all the 
characters in these alphabets, anyway.

It's fairly easy to enable this stuff in English Windows. I do it a lot 
at work to test the stuff I'm developing here. Googling "enable chinese 
IME XP" found me this page which seems to have a good set of instructions:

P.S. This is just info I thought might be useful. I'm officially a
