[PATCH] Qt4: qmake to generate .vcproj files

Hi,

   It took me quite a while, but this patch allows qmake to generate .vcproj files. It's still far from perfect, TEMPLATE = subdirs won't work. Not sure what else won't work as well, most likely moc build rules won't either :(

   But at least it won't crash :)
