I have also two Problems:
there is no such directory :link_includetmp\moc\release-shared-mt
After correcting that I see errors related to / and \ in the
paths of Makefile.win32-g++, QTDIR and QMAKESPEC.
Both are maybe problems of my older mingw version (3.1).
I hope upgrading mingw helps.
