problem with kdepim-3.4.1-0.tar.bz2

Hi,
I am trying to install kde3.4 on cygwin on my Windows XP.

I followed the instructions as provided in the following website:
http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/

I ran into problem with the following command:
tar -C / -xjf kdepim-3.4.1-0.tar.bz2

I got the following error message:
bzip2: I/O or other error, bailing out. Possible reason follows.
bzip2: Input/Output error
          Input file = <stdin>, output file = <stdout>
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Please advise as to how I should get this to work.
