Problems with startkde

Dear all,

I follwed the installation procedure in "Snapshot release of KDE 3.4.1" http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/
All was gone in the right way and I also created the startscript.
The problem is that after the "startkde &" command kde didn't start and I have the following result:
 
xset: unable to open display "127.0.0.1:0"
xsetroot: unable to open display "127.0.0.1:0"
kpersonalizer: cannot connect to X server 127.0.0.1:0

And the kde doesn't start.

What have I to do? I am running WinXp on an Acer Aspire 2001 WLCi.
