Some bugs

First I want thank u for the great job

there are some bugs
when i build qt-3.3 with visual studio .NET 2003
it wants buid qwindowsxpstyle but it depends qwindowsstyle
and when there is QT_NO_WINDOWS_STYLE flag defined it fails to compile

when i use mingw
it fails linking qt-3.3.3.dll while mingw doestn have
GetGlyphIndicesA, GetGlyphIndicesW symbols
and qtcrtentypoint needs #include <stdio.h>
