[PATCH] mostly for configure and qmake

Exactly one second after the mail was sent, compiling stopped and I saw
that qmake isn't that intelligent as I thought.
Ok, here the correct misc_3.patch which changes directory before calling
qmake.

Hopefully it works now,

| - rewrote search for pro-Files since we now can use qdir-filter
| - removed config-option 'fast' since I don't know if this ever worked
| and if is really that much faster...
| - convert QMAKESPEC environment to lowercase
