2 Patches for Unicode support

Hello

I've attached 2 patches for better Unicode/Ansi support. since the
cr/cr/lf - problem everytime the whole file is 'new'.

qlibrary_win.patch
- - use LoadLibraryA/LoadLibraryW with QT_WA

qdir_win.patch
- - includes qdir_win, qfile_win and qfileinfo_win to correct cr/cr/lf
behaviour.
- - slashify now works correct (search for a backslash needs a
QRegExp("\\\\") because of C-String conversion
- - use of FindFirstFileA/W, FindNextFileA/W

I can provide a cleaner patch when cr/cr/lf is fixed if you want.
