QPL licensing

I don't think you would be required to do so. Afaics you can _chose_
between using Qt under the terms of the GPL or the terms of the QPL (or
both if you wish):

** This file may be distributed under the terms of the Q Public License
** as defined by Trolltech AS of Norway and appearing in the file
** LICENSE.QPL included in the packaging of this file.
**
** This file may be distributed and/or modified under the terms of the
** GNU General Public License version 2 as published by the Free
Software
** Foundation and appearing in the file LICENSE.GPL included in the
** packaging of this file.

It wouldn't be relicensing because you'd just chose one of the
possibilities they give you. It does not say that you're required to
offer qpl as well if you offer gpl.
