Can I add qt_win_use_simple_timers in qapplication_win.cpp?

Although I don't know excatly what this var is doing, adding to
qapplication_win.cpp should be the correct way (and file).
I've found a comment in extensions\nsplugin\src\qnp.cpp that this var
has to be in qapp_win.
Maybe you can find some more informations about what this var should be
doing. :)
