configure - QT_DLL

Hi,
there is maybe a bug in /misc/configure/main.cpp:

         s << "#ifndef QT_DLL" << endl;
         s << "#define QT_DLL" << endl;
         s << "#endif" << endl;

this part should be controlled by the
-static option, or is it?
