Qt on Windows

Hi.

I have browsed through the mailinglist, and discovered that using 
Qt-package from wpdev and Qt/Win3.2 that examples could be compiled on 
Windows.

Is there any documentation on how to install, compiling other 
Qt-applications and so on?
I am one of many developers, that are developing Oplot 
(http://oplot.sourceforge.net), that is going to be used in Win32 as well.
